It is not the first time I wanted to call in but was overcome by events all the
other times. You truly are the best I've ever experienced and will gladly
profess my faith in your practice.

I am glad the desired effect was achieved and I sincerely hope it brings you
more clients than Erica can schedule! As I said on the air, you've got the
whole package, reception, hygenist, assistant and you. You are doing everything
right and good things can only come from it.

Don't forget to send me that file Erica scanned yesterday; she said she would
